Shipping and Delivery
Once an order has been received, a new order notification email will be sent to the purchaser’s email address confirming receipt of the order.
If the item you ordered is "In Stock", we will ship it within 10 business days from the date your order is received; otherwise, the item will be scheduled for build and assembly ("Build to Order") upon receipt of the order, which results
in a lead-time for delivery of the order.
An estimated lead-time is provided on the product web page and a ship date will be provided by email to the purchaser within 5 business days of order receipt.
If the placed order is for the purchase of a Nautic Alert Nevata or Nevata Insight products and the order has not shipped, the order can be cancelled without a restocking fee by contacting Market Spectrum, Inc. at 800-385-1674 and select the option for Nautic Alert Sales and Support.
If the received order has shipped and the customer wishes to cancel the order, it will be handled in accordance with the Consumer Returns Policy. See Consumer Returns Policy.

The rate charged on your order is based on the approximate weight of your purchased products and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown the cost of shipping once you select the shipping option, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
When your order has shipped from our fulfillment center, you will receive an email notification, which will contain the shipping address and tracking information.
